A: This can vary.  Depending on your project scope our projects tend to take 1-2 weeks to complete.

Custom eCommerce design projects fall into five stages :

1. Phone Consultation:
   We discuss in detail what you are looking for in your new design project in reference to your current design, colors etc and what elements you’d like to keep or change.
2. Initial Mockup
   Once we formulate our ideas we will work on the initial mockup of which we will submit to you via email in the form of a full sized jpg mockup.
3. Three Mockup revisions
   Three mockup revisions will be supplied to you if you choose to use them from the initial mockup. Each mockup revision can be a combination of changes from colors, font choice, navigation elements, etc. We will not publish the design until you are 100% happy with it. This will save time by my being able to make any tweaks etc in form of the design revisions and get them back to you almost instantly via another mockup.
4. Approval and Publication of design to storefront
   Once you email your approval of the design we will then publish the design to your storefront and ensure that every page is consistent throughout the site in form of colors, fonts and look and feel.
5. Tweaks, fixes etc.
   After the design has been published you will have 3 hours to request any tweaks, fixes etc.

This project scope works in the same manner for our WordPress websites.

A: We love GoDaddy.  We love their hosting services which are extremely affordable. GoDaddy hosts their websites domestically in the U.S. and doesn’t farm out their tech support (their Tech Support is top notch) overseas.  The best part about GD is they have a 99% uptime so your site is rarely down!

A: Yes!  Actually we love doing this.  There are still a ton of old websites out there that were created back in the dawn of the internet that are in need a makeover.  We can move over your entire website, design included, to WordPress giving you the ability to edit your old content or create new information without having to know html.

A: Yes!  We can help create a unique brand image for your business with the information we brainstorm with you and our research based on your industry.  Logo designs typically take about a week to complete.

Logo Design Project Scope entails the following:

1. The initial design will be submitted to you in the form of a jpg for your review. The initial design will consist of three unique logo concepts based on direction from you and the research we will perform to create the unique concepts.
2. Three revisions will be provided to you if you choose to use them. Each revision will be either a variation from the initial logo concepts or three new directions you desired to pursue.
3. Once the logo is approved we will provide you with three web quality graphics: gif, jpg and png. And two print quality graphics: eps and pdf.
